Refund/Return Policy

 

 

Returns and Exchanges/Items purchased online

 

You can return or exchange an item within 15 days to Darrell Wilson Ministries.  All items that are purchased online must be accompanied with all contents and packaging and proof of purcahse, and we will process your return or exchange. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable)

 

• You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.

 

 

• Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.

 

 

• Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork.  Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.

 

 

Cancellations:  

 

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours after the intial purchase via email to info@darrellwilson.org

 

 

ALL SALES FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.

 

• Promotional and free items:​

 

• Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
